  • Why use EFrame Services?

    Using our service we can create your custom picture frame to your specification. All our frames are constructed using a pneumatic joiner for strength and for concealed v-nails hidden at the back.

    Most of our mouldings are made from natural wood, If you are unsure about the colour, shape or style of your picture frame moulding then please request a sample here.

  • I'm not sure about the colour of some products, can I order samples from you?

    Yes we can organise sample mouldings and mount board for colour and texture clarification.

  • Why does my Acrylic glazing appear discoloured and or scratched?

    If you have bought acrylic glazing from us, it will most likely be supplied with a protective plastic cover, You will need to dismantle your product and peel off the plastic cover from both sides of your acrylic sheet.

  • How long will it take EFrame to construct and deliver my product?

    Orders are usually processed and manufactured within 5-7 days and deliveries generally take a few days depending on your location.

  • Do you deliver outside Ireland?

    Generally we don't deliver outside Ireland, however if you need something delivered to the UK or Europe then please contact us and we can try to meet your requirements.

  • How to customise your selected frame.

    When you open or select a frame, The system applies default settings like mount board and acrylic, These can be modified or removed as you customise your frame specification. Use the photo icon and a 360 icon to examine the Picture Frame properties.

    Basic steps
    • Step 1 Measure your artwork in millimetres. see measuring guide for more information.
    • Step 2 Input your artwork dimensions in millimetres.
    • Step 3 Using the photo manager you can optionally upload/add your digital photo or artwork. ( for preview only )
    • Step 4 Add your mount board and adjust the surrounding border. please note that this changes the external size of your frame.
    • Step 5 Choose your glazing for protection and longevity.
    • Step 6 Review your frame summary and then click add to basket.
  • Which Mount Board should I choose.

    Standard white core.

    Standard Black core.

    Conservation Black core.

  • How Accurate are the photos and 360 previews.

    The photographs and 360 previews are as accurate as possible, There are many factors which can affect the accuracy of the photos, in particular device screen settings. If you are unsure then you should order a sample from us first.
